SHIPPING RATES/DELIVERY + PAYMENT

Once we receive your order please look out for our confirmation email. You should receive your item within 3-5 business days (unless expedited shipment method is requested). This does not include the weekend or holidays.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept all major credit card payments only.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping in Florida.

POLICY + TERMS

The customer takes on responsibility for original shipping charges + returning shipping costs to THE PULL. It is the customers responsibility to be present upon delivery of product and to collect package in from weather elements in a timely manner. Customer will be charged for product even if it is refused at delivery point.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At this time we are only offering exchanges or store credit.

If you wish to exchange your item please email us at INFO@THEPULL.CO and let us know if you'd like store credit or what you'd like in exchange. We will promptly instruct you on how to proceed + if your exchange option is available. All items must be received within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged or they will be non-refundable. You may send items, including a copy of your order confirmation email, to:

We encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. We will notify you via email.
